AgencyPort’s Leading Products Receive High Marks in Novarica ACE Rankings

AgencyPortaltm and AgencyConnecttm Garner Gold Ranking

AgencyPort, the leading provider of web-based solutions designed specifically for property and casualty insurers, recently earned high ACE Gold Ranking from Novarica for both its AgencyPortalTM and AgencyConnectTM software solutions.

The Novarica Average Customer Experience (ACE) Gold Rankings are based on an online survey of at least 10 senior technology and operational executives who have direct experience with the vendor product and organization. On a 100 point scale, AgencyPortalTM scored 94 and AgencyConnectTM received a 95. Both products ranked high for all four areas of staff, organization, function, and technology including an average of 96.5 for Overall Customer Satisfaction.

“AgencyPort’s overall scores for both products are very strong compared to other rankings for Agent Portals & Connectivity Solutions,” said Matthew Josefowicz, director of Novarica and lead researcher on the ACE Ranking project. “These scores reflect extraordinary customer enthusiasm for both the products and the company behind them.”

“AgencyPort is a great partner—good technology and a world-class staff,” said one of the participating clients. “They are truly customer focused, and conduct themselves with a level of integrity that is rare in the industry.”

AgencyPortalTM is a state-of-the-art, web-based platform that allows P&C insurance carriers to execute key business transactions quickly and easily with their agents, MGAs and customers. AgencyPortalTM offers a mature, rigorously-tested product that includes all of the components necessary to extend the workflow of a carrier's policy processing environment out to its distribution partners.

AgencyConnectTM gives agents an easy-to-use, streamlined workflow solution for uploading data from their vendor systems to carriers' web portals. It has built-in support for the leading agency systems and their associated transport services (Transformation Station and TransactNow), and supports others directly over the web. From agency management systems to comparative raters, AgencyConnectTM makes transactions like Inquiry, Real-time Quoting, Bridging and Endorsements simple to execute.

“We’re thrilled to have received such high marks from our customers,” said Susan Yardley, vice president at AgencyPort. “You work hard with your team every day to develop the best products possible for the marketplace and to support them and the customers who use them with everything you’ve got. In the end, though, the only thing that matters is what the customer thinks. Needless to say, this feedback is extremely validating.”

Novarica Average Customer Experience (ACE) Ranking surveys are conducted independently and are not sponsored by vendors. Novarica validates the identity and responses of the participants, who are assured of anonymity. More information is available online at http://www.novarica.com/acerankings.shtml.
